Director Christopher Pargin, has over 10 years of experience within the Financial Services sector as a Mortgage Broker within corporate and independent Estate Agencies after working directly for lenders.

It is within these roles that he has gained the necessary knowledge and understanding to ensure his clients receive correct advice and support throughout the entire home purchase or remortgage process.

The service Michael provided was great. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible to my situation as it changed. He took the pain and confusion out of not only finding a good mortgage, but also other parts of the house buying process. And on top of all that, his service was very reasonably priced. Michael went above and beyond, helping me throughout the stressful situation of purchasing your first home. When I started looking for a house 2 years ago, I was recommended Pargin Financial Solutions by a friend, and I immediately got in contact to query how the process worked.As a first-time buyer the process seemed complex and daunting, but both Chris and Michael were incredibly supportive throughout and made it as straightforward as possible.For us, they were more than just a mortgage broker; I felt like I could go to them with any query to do with purchasing, not just about the mortgage process.Estate agents 'recommend' their partnered mortgage advisor, so over the 2 years of searching I spoke to 7 different mortgage brokers that were thrust upon me for their "free advice"... not even one came close to the service given to me by Chris or Michael at Pargin.They were knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, and attentive to every detail.
