Director Christopher Pargin, has over 10 years of experience within the Financial Services sector as a Mortgage Broker within corporate and independent Estate Agencies after working directly for lenders. It is within these roles that he has gained the necessary knowledge and understanding to ensure his clients receive correct advice and support throughout the entire home purchase or remortgage process.

Whilst the core aim for each client is to save them as much money as possible through appropriate mortgage and insurance planning, the objective to keep the process as stress-free as possible for clients has been the driving force behind the creation of Pargin Financial Solutions Ltd.

Chris takes pride in utilising the knowledge and experience gained during his years as a Mortgage Broker with assisting his clients, and looks to offer a tailor-made service to each client, viewing every case as unique. Outside of work, Chris enjoys travelling with his wife Julia, and is a lifelong Derby County fan.



Michael Loader joined up with his former colleague Chris in January 2021. Michael has over 7 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker having worked for a large corporate Estate Agent since 2013. Michael’s background of working closely with Estate Agents, means that he has a deep knowledge of the buying and selling process, as well as the mortgage market which allows him to assist his clients throughout the whole home buying experience.

When not at work, Michael and his partner Chelsea, enjoy spending time with their two children, Archie and Esme and their pet dog, Jarvis. Michael is also a big football fan and supports Manchester United but has a keen interest in most sports.
